Synopsis

A group of passengers aboard a plane become infected with a virulent strain of the rabies virus, turning them into manic, flesh-eating zombies. As the plane careens out of control, the few remaining survivors must band together and use whatever means necessary to escape the flesh-eating zombies before the plane crashes.

The film opens with a group of passengers boarding a plane for what appears to be a routine flight. However, shortly after takeoff, one of the passengers, a young woman named Jenny (Arielle Kebbel), becomes ill and starts to experience convulsions. The other passengers quickly realize that Jenny is infected with a virulent strain of the rabies virus, and before long, she turns into a crazed, flesh-eating zombie.

As the other passengers attempt to subdue Jenny and prevent her from infecting anyone else, the plane suddenly loses altitude and starts to crash. In the ensuing chaos, several more passengers are infected with the rabies virus and turn into zombies. As the plane careens out of control, the few remaining survivors must band together and use whatever means necessary to escape the flesh-eating zombies before the plane crashes.

The film culminates in an intense battle between the living and the dead, as the survivors fight their way through the hordes of zombies in a desperate attempt to escape the plane before it crashes. In the end, only a handful of survivors manage to make it off the plane alive, and the film ends with a cliffhanger, hinting at a possible sequel.
