The first in a long line of A Nightmare on Elm Street sequels, Freddy's Revenge starts with a young teenage guy named Jesse Walsh (Mark Patton) who has just moved into his new home on Elm Street with the rest of his family. Jesse starts to have some vivid dreams of a dark figure with a hat and razor claws. Initially not sure what to make of them he finds himself slowly falling into the grip of Kruger who (not surprisingly) has a sinister plan for the young kid. With the help of his friends, Jesse has to find a way to stop Kruger before the carnage goes too far.

Razor gloved child murderer Freddy Krueger became, along with Jason Voorhees and Michael Myers, one of the cult horror icons of the 80s. Justifiably so, at least based on this first movie in what became quite a series of sequels and spin offs.

So here we have another Scream movie, this time survivor Sydney Prescott has returned home to Woodsboro as a stop on her bestselling book tour. Whilst home she hopes to get together with her remaining family, her Aunt Kate and her Cousin Jill. Would you believe it, the ghostface killer has struck again and it's up to Sydney, Sheriff Dewey and Gale Weathers to work out who the killer is before he/she wipes out Sydney's family.

College kids are preparing their dorm before it gets torn down at the end of the semester. Strange things start occurring and initially they think its a crazy loner who's responsible. As the movie progresses however they find out that things are more sinister than they first imagined and that there is indeed a serial killer loose on campus. Will the kids be able to work out how the killer is before he kills them all?
