Strangers Online tells a sordid tale of lust, voyeurism and murderous obsession set to the back drop of a web radio station. The central story revolves around Hollace Parker, four years ago his girlfriend/fiance is mysteriously murdered whilst he's in the shower. Left distraught by the experience he manges to find new love and at last thinks things are going his way. When a new employee called Karen is taken on at the radio station he starts to find odd things happening. Turns out Karen has ideas for Hollace and anybody or anything that gets in her way is in deep trouble.

What we have here is an old fashioned erotic thriller, jazzed up and modernised for the current times. The production values are pretty low, almost indie level but Strangers Online isn't the kind of movie that needs a lot of effects and eye candy (the nude women are plenty enough eye candy).

Quite frankly i found the central storyline to be pretty boring, it really isn't grabbing at all and the fact that the acting quality is below average doesn't help things either. To make matters worse it's one movie that you have to watch consistently to know just what the hell is going on, to say the storyline is convoluted would be an understatement. There's a big twist at the end which i didn't see coming but doesn't seem very realistic to me. SPOILER! it's more likely she would have got caught for doing it

The one good thing that Strangers Online does bring to the table is nudity. Lots and lots of nudity, in fact there's so much i think this movie could be classified as a softcore porn flick. I'm not complaining but it may have been better to have stronger characters/story cause if all i wanted was some titillation there is always the real porn option. Regardless though most guys will appreciate the nudity.

I'm not gonna recommend this movie sadly, it's just too boring and generally too dumb to be worth your time watching. If you want something to turn you on perhaps best finding some porn... Or perhaps even a better movie, if that's what you want.
