Let Me It and Cloverfield director Matt Reeves has been picked by Warner Bros to direct the upcoming Twilight Zone motion picture. From what we can tell it bears only a thematic similarity to the original Rod Serling show and will not be an anthology movie like the original Twilight Zone movie.
It's important to note that the deal has not been 100% ratified, however it's a good bet Matt will jump on this as many top tier directors such as Michael Bay and Christopher Nolan have been attached in the past but for one reason or another has not jumped on or have been ditched.
It's based on a Jason Rothenberg script and should things go well Warner Bros hopes to be shooting by next summer.
